Labeling of Food
In our free introductory training, you will learn the basics of food labeling. The training is based on the requirements of EU regulation 1169/2011 (Information Regulation). During the course, we provide you with concrete and clear examples of what information is mandatory to label on food packaging.

- General requirements for labeling
- Pre-packaged food
- Mandatory information in labeling
Each section ends with a quiz so you get a receipt of what you have learned. After the training, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements and rules that exist in the field of food labeling.
