Training in labeling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Welcome to a training day focused on beverage labeling! The course covers labeling regulations for non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and spirits. We will also review national regulations and applications in our Nordic neighboring countries. Theory is combined with group exercises and discussions.
Who should attend? The training is aimed at individuals in food companies and regulatory authorities seeking more knowledge about the labeling and presentation of beverages.
During the course, we will take a closer look at:
Introduction to EU Regulation 1169/2011, the Information Regulation.
- Labeling of non-alcoholic beverages.
- Labeling of beer.
- Labeling of wine according to EU Regulation 1308/2013 and 2019/33.
- Labeling of spirits according to EU Regulation 2019/787.
