Regulatory translation / AW validation without prior translation​

This means that we:

  • Translate the packaging text from English to Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic.
  • Check that ingredients such as additives, vitamin and mineral compounds, or other substances are legal in the product and in amounts that are permitted.
  • Ensure that all statutory food information is present on the packaging that we are to review.
  • Investigate claims, sales texts, illustrations, or images to ensure that they are not misleading.

Regarding delivery options, you can choose the one that suits you best. Either we insert our comments/observations in a report, or we add comments directly in the proof.

AW validation with previous translation​​

It means that we receive a proof from you that has been previously translated by Herax Food Solutions and entails that we:

  • Verify that all ingredients are correctly stated and spelled in the proof.
  • Check that all mandatory food information is present on the proof.
  • Examine claims, sales texts, illustrations, or images to ensure they are not misleading.

Regarding delivery options, you can choose the one that suits you best. Either we put our comments/observations in a report or we insert comments directly into the proof.

Nutritional Calculations​

We help you calculate the nutritional content of the product and create a nutritional declaration. We assist you in:

  • Calculating the amounts of nutrients that are mandatory according to the labeling rules.
  • Calculating amounts of vitamins, minerals, or other substances.

The calculations are delivered in a labeling specification in Word format or another format if you wish
