Let us introduce one of the speakers at Märkningsdagen (food labelling seminar)
Maud Gustafsson Fahlbeck is an agronomist and works as a national officer at the Unit for Labelling and Export Promotion, at the Swedish Food Agency's Advice and Regulation department. She has been at the Swedish Food Agency since 2021 and mainly focuses on questions about protected designations and organic foods. She previously worked with certification for quality and the environment, mainly within organic production. We are very much looking forward to hearing about what is new in the new EU-Regulation compared to previous regulations and how to get your designation protected.
